Organizational Technical Skills

Southco Contractos sees organizational technical skills as more than the mere sum of the knowledge and skills of employees involved in the various activities and in carrying out or executing services, as it considers that organizational learning is subject to synergies and overflows, resulting from interactions between them and also between them and external partners.

We reveal a hierarchy of integration of specialized knowledge, starting with individual competences, passing through competences related to activities and extended functional competences, arriving at the so-called organizational competences of the Institution.

In this way, Southco Contractos maps nine groups of present and future organizational technical competences of the company, namely:

2. Energy efficiency and renewable energy;
3. Engineering and materials science;
4. Product engineering and design;
5. Technology and production management;

6. Bioprocessing and bioproducts;
7. Catalysis and biocatalysis;
8. Corrosion, biocorrosion and degradation of materials;
9. Additive manufacturing.
